A VRF technical workshop and career drive was successfully organized by Qingdao Hisense HITACHI Air-conditioning Systems Co., Ltd. in collaboration with ASHRAE Student Branch of University of Malaya(UM) and University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) at Hisense VRF showroom in BezaireSdn Bhd, Malaysia from 22nd to 24th of February 2017.
UM and UTAR are the top universities in Malaysia which have continuously produced a great number of student talents into HVAC and building industry every year. Mr.King, UTAR ASHRAE Student Branch advisor and Peny Xu, Hisense Hitachi deputy sales director of Southeast Asia zone presented the activity. About 100 students attended the activity.
On the first day, Mr. Poh and Mr. Jackey Fu introduced Hisense Hitachi Company, Hisense VRF products line and advanced VRF technology to students. Through this industrial exposure, the engineering students were equipped with the latest technology in the market. The workshop was successfully held where the students showed a great interest in asking and learning the technology of VRF systems.
Following by the technical workshop, Human Resource Department of Hisense HITACHI also introduced internship program and job opportunities to the students in the Oversea Business Division as the company is expanding rapidly worldwide. A lot of students submitted their resumes and the interview is progressing. After the activity, students expressed that the activity was meaningful and helpful for their job selection and helped them to know the latest VRF industrial development trend.
The successful organization of the technical workshop and career drive greatly enhances the Hisense brand influence and acceptance among Malaysia universities and VRF industry. At the same time, it develops a new approach for Hisense Hitachi to introduce the local talents and establish close relationship with local engineers.
