Sales Engineer
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop new sales channels.
Provide products and technical support for the channel.
Help channel distributors in team building.
Promote the Hisense brand locally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the sales of Hisense commercial air conditioners, develop sales channels and maintain long-term cooperation.
Provide users with high-quality air-conditioning system solutions to achieve sales goals.
Establish an effective distribution network and give technical support to dealers.
Brand promotion and maintenance.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree.
At least two years of work experience in HVAC industry, or recent college graduate.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation Skills.

Technical Support Engineer
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Pre-Sales Engineer will drive the technical support and applications of VRF system and other light commercial AC during the sales process.
You will be responsible for the production of all technical aspects of the tender responses and written customer proposals.
Occasionally you will be involved in demonstrating or presenting HVAC solutions to customers.
You will work closely with the whole technical teams to ensure a comprehensive plan is in place to achieve technical and sales objectives.
A key part of your role is to ensure customer or consultant satisfaction through reviewing and interpreting their requirements, and delivery of complex technical sales proposals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Present HVAC technical solutions to customers and consultants.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with consultants, technical engineers from distributors or contractors.
Learn the products and train selling points to sales team.
Competitive products analysis and feedback product demands as local market product manager.
Give product promotion support to sales team, attend technical seminars, events.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree.
At least two years of work experience in HVAC industry, or recent college graduate.

After Service Engineer
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Be responsible for the daily service job of the branch office
Be responsible for the development, training, and management of service partner and installers
Be responsible for spare parts plan, apply and daily management
Be responsible for project inspection, commissioning support, maintenance support
Be responsible for after -sales service training
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and improve the VRF Project Quality , avoid any installation problems, Improve Hisense brand reputationSolve the problem provide solutions for customer and partner fast and efficiency
